PIPES & PIPING SPECIALTY ITEMS
Pipes and tubulars from sizes as small as 1/2” seamless to as large as 100” welded in all special schedules and sizes. Highly specialized in the fabrication of oversized tubulars, especially for exotics and high strength materials.
FLANGES
Weld necks, slip ons, socket welds, blinds, lap joints, threaded, reducing, orifice sets, spectacles, spacers, spades, o-lets, special flanges and outlet flanges. Available in all grades, that includes carbon steel, low temp, high yield, stainless, duplex, super duplex, Alloy & CuNi
BUTT WELDING FITTINGS
Fittings, such as Elbows, Tees, are available from stock up to 24” with all steel grades to suit the existing or required pipe specifications.
STRUCTURAL
The supply of all types of plates, angle bars, channel, square hollow sections, S-Beams, gratings, round bars and other structural components.
UTILITY ITEMS
Items such as Soft Slings, Cable Ropes, Chains, Shackles, Hooks, Sheave Blocks and Tie Rods.
VALVES

MOT MANUFACTURING
WITH THE ASPIRATION TO DEVELOP A STRONG “MALAYSIAN BRAND” IDENTITY IN THE INDUSTRY, MASTEK OIL TOOLS SDN. BHD. HAS EXTENDED THE CURRENT SERVICES OF TRADING TOWARDS MANUFACTURING & FABRICATION.
This venture is aspired to produce products of approved standards for the local and international market. By prioritizing on quality of specifications and materials, MOT has a strong team of quality control management in order to meet all international approved standards. With future development, the fabrication line will expand to forged fittings and others.
PRODUCTS
Our first phase of fabrication will begin with flanges ranging from ½” to 24”, emphasizing on high grade materials of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex. With this, our production line will progress to valves, and various forged fittings.
MOT WAREHOUSING
In order to meet the fast demand of the industry, Mastek Oil Tools Sdn. Bhd. has set up a warehouse and stocking facility in both prime Malaysian oil & gas hubs in Kemaman Supply Base (KSB) Terengganu and Warehouse in Labuan.
PRODUCT STOCKS
Our warehousing strengths focuses on high-end range of stainless steel, duplex and super duplex materials, with stocks range up to 8” of different schedules and ratings from renowned European mills in compliance to various client specifications especially for onshore and offshore gas facilities.
PIPES
Stocks of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Pipes size from ½” up to 12”. Larger sizes up to 24” are supplied from our principle-approved mills.
FLANGES
Stocks of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Pipes size from ½” up to 24” 150 up to 2500. Larger sizes and classes more than 2500# are supplied from our principle-approved mills.
ELBOW
Stocks of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Pipes size from 1/2” up to 24”. Larger sizes than 24” are supplied from our principle-approved mills.
TEE
Stocks of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Pipes size from 1/2” to 24”. Larger sizes more than 24” are supplied from our principle-approved mills.
FORGED FITTINGS
Stocks of Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex Forged Fittings such as Weldolets, Flangeolets and Nipolets up to 8”.
PIPE CLAMPS

MASFITT LABORATORY
BEING A PLAYER IN THE OIL & GAS INDUSTRY, DELIVERABLES TO THE CLIENT IS A VERY CRUCIAL ELEMENT. THIS IS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS FLOW, RIGHT TILL THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO THE CLIENT; THEREFORE QUALITY IS A KEY ELEMENT IN THE INDUSTRY.
MASFITT Sdn. Bhd. was set up as an independent inspection & testing laboratory to support the current production line, as well as providing its services to the industry. The set up of the lab will cover all elements of inspection, testing, certification and verification. We have a dedicated team of quality assurance and controllers that supports the operation of the lab. Our main goal is to assure the best methods are taken to provide accurate results for the client, utilizing certified equipment and tools that adhere to global standards in the industry.
